The operation center

The Nobis Operations Center is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and answers in less than 7” to customers’ calls for any need, such as roadside assistance, medical consultation or simply to be supported in reporting a claim.
The multilanguage operators are trained to assist customers in different emergency situations and they are able to manage 185.000 calls and over than 11.000 assistance cases per year.
In order to provide the best service to the customer, the Operations Center is supported by the Medical Service which provides 24/7 immediate answers to health cases and ongoing medical advice.
